CargoLinked is a global freight marketplace and logistics directory built to make international shipping more transparent, efficient, and accessible.
We connect shippers who need to move cargo with freight forwarders who can quote, coordinate, and deliver. Our platform replaces fragmented email chains and opaque directories with structured requests, in-app quotes, and a searchable forwarder directory.
What we do
CargoLinked operates as a technology platform, not a freight carrier, customs broker, or insurer. We provide the tools for shippers and forwarders to discover each other, exchange information, and manage the quoting process.
- Shippers post freight requests for free and compare quotes from forwarders.
- Forwarders create directory profiles and, with Connected membership, respond to live freight leads in-app.
- Forwarders publish and maintain their own directory listings; we moderate them after publication and offer an optional Verified badge based on documents companies submit.
- We publish industry news, guides, and a freight glossary to help businesses navigate global trade.
Membership model
Forwarders can join the directory for free with a Listed profile, which provides basic company visibility. Connected membership ($29/mo or $299/year) unlocks priority placement, direct chat with shippers from your listing, and the ability to respond to shipper freight requests on the platform.
Shippers use CargoLinked at no charge to post requests, receive quotes, and manage their freight sourcing workflow.
Trust and verification
Directory listings are self-published. A forwarder that supplies basic company details appears in the directory immediately, without prior review by us. Listing content — including company details, contact information, and any website or social links — is supplied by the company itself and is not checked or endorsed by CargoLinked before it goes live.
The Verified badge is separate and optional. A company that wants it submits identity and registration documents, our team reviews them, and the badge reflects that review at the time it was carried out. Most listings do not carry the badge.
We moderate the directory after publication: anyone can report a listing, and we hide or remove listings that breach our Terms. CargoLinked does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, solvency, or performance of any forwarder. Shippers should conduct their own due diligence before awarding freight or acting on any link in a listing. See our Due Diligence page for guidance.
