CargoLinked is a global freight marketplace and logistics directory built to make international shipping more transparent, efficient, and accessible.
We connect shippers who need to move cargo with freight forwarders who can quote, coordinate, and deliver. Our platform replaces fragmented email chains and opaque directories with structured requests, in-app quotes, and a searchable forwarder directory.
What we do
CargoLinked operates as a technology platform, not a freight carrier, customs broker, or insurer. We provide the tools for shippers and forwarders to discover each other, exchange information, and manage the quoting process.
- Shippers post freight requests for free and compare quotes from forwarders.
- Forwarders create directory profiles for free and, with a paid membership, respond to freight requests in-app and see the full freight leads feed.
- Forwarders publish and maintain their own directory listings; we moderate them after publication and offer an optional Verified badge based on documents companies submit.
- We publish industry news, guides, and a freight glossary to help businesses navigate global trade.
Membership model
Forwarders can join the directory for free with a Listed profile, which includes company visibility, alerts for freight requests on their lanes, the public requests board, and our freight tools. Paid memberships add responses to freight requests, the Connected badge, priority placement in the directory, direct chat with shippers from the listing, the full freight leads feed, and CargoLinked Credits for listing boosts. As CargoLinked grows, we are separating free company visibility from the tools used to pursue new freight opportunities: getting listed stays free, and a paid membership is for companies ready to win business.
Shippers use CargoLinked at no charge to post requests, receive quotes, and manage their freight sourcing workflow.
Trust and verification
Directory listings are self-published. A forwarder that supplies basic company details appears in the directory immediately, without prior review by us. Listing content, including company details, contact information, and any website or social links, is supplied by the company itself and is not checked or endorsed by CargoLinked before it goes live.
The Verified badge is separate and optional. To hold it, a company must pass eight checks covering its registration, its licences and what they cover, its business presence and its contact details. The badge shows what was confirmed and when, is re-checked, and is renewed every 12 months. Most listings do not carry the badge. Listings may also show dated facts from automatic checks, such as when the website was last online.
We moderate the directory after publication: anyone can report a listing, and we hide or remove listings that breach our Terms. CargoLinked does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, solvency, or performance of any forwarder. Shippers should conduct their own due diligence before awarding freight or acting on any link in a listing. See our Due Diligence page for guidance.
