Not a freight carrier
CargoLinked is a technology platform and directory. We do not transport goods, arrange customs clearance, or provide insurance. We are not a party to contracts between shippers and forwarders.
Any freight services are provided directly by independent forwarders, not by CargoLinked.
Forwarder listings and verification
Directory listings are self-published by the companies they describe and are not reviewed by CargoLinked before publication. Listing content — company details, contact information, descriptions, and any website or social media links — is supplied by the listing owner. We do not verify it, and its presence on the Platform is not an endorsement.
A Verified badge, where shown, means only that we reviewed identity documents that company submitted at a point in time. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of service quality, or an assurance of financial solvency, and it does not extend to any third-party website linked from the listing.
Shippers are solely responsible for selecting forwarders and verifying their credentials, insurance, and track record before entrusting cargo.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes submitted through the Platform are provided by forwarders based on the information available at the time. Actual costs may differ due to cargo inspection, regulatory changes, fuel surcharges, or incomplete request details.
CargoLinked does not guarantee quote accuracy, availability, or acceptance.
Third-party links and content
The Platform may link to third-party websites, including forwarder websites and news sources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, or availability of external sites.
Website and social media links shown on a directory listing are entered by the listing owner and are published without review. CargoLinked does not check that a linked site belongs to the company named in the listing, is safe to visit, or is free of fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious content. Follow such links at your own risk, never send payment or credentials to a destination you have not independently confirmed, and use the Report button on the listing if you believe a link is fraudulent.
AI-assisted features
CargoLinked may offer AI-assisted tools to help shippers describe cargo or understand freight concepts. AI outputs are suggestions only and should not be relied upon as professional freight, legal, or customs advice.
Always confirm critical details with a qualified freight forwarder or customs broker.
Cara Agent, available in your dashboard, saves your conversations and shipment briefs to your account so you can return to them. When you use an AI-assisted step, the text you typed and the brief you are working on are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to be interpreted; nothing else from your account is sent.
Conversations are kept for 12 months from your last activity, or until you delete them; deleted conversations are removed permanently after 30 days. Deleting your account removes them immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CargoLinked disclaims all liability for losses arising from use of the Platform, reliance on Platform content, or freight services arranged through the Platform.

Country, state, and city names and their coordinates come from GeoNames (https://www.geonames.org/), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).
Maps and address suggestions are built on OpenStreetMap data, copyright OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright). Address suggestions are served by Photon (https://photon.komoot.io/).
Neither source has reviewed or endorsed CargoLinked, and place data may be incomplete or out of date. A map pin marks the location a listing has declared, not a verified business address.
