Platform Status
Whether CargoLinked is up, what we watch, and how to tell us when something is wrong.
Checking
Asking cargolinked.com whether it is responding.
What we watch
- An automated check calls the site from three regions every minute and alerts the team if it stops answering for two minutes.
- Server alerts fire on sustained high CPU, memory, disk or load, and on a TLS certificate within 14 days of expiry.
- A failed deployment, a failed scheduled job or an unreachable server alerts the team automatically.
- Application errors are collected and reviewed, and an hourly job checks for stuck account deletions, stuck Cara reservations and email that failed to send.
What this page does not tell you
- There is no automated public status feed yet, so this page shows no history of past incidents and no uptime figure. We will not publish a number we are not measuring for you.
- There is no live chat and no published phone line. The form and the address below are the two support channels.
- Delivery of email from CargoLinked depends on your own provider as well as ours. If you are missing lead alerts or a verification email, check your spam folder first, then write to us.
Report a problem
Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do and what you saw. A screenshot helps. We aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days.
Use the contact form or email support@cargolinked.com. If you are signed in, you can also open a ticket from Dashboard, Support.
