No. Responding to shipper freight requests requires an active Connected membership.
What is the difference between Listed and Connected?
Listed is free directory presence with your contact details published. Connected adds priority placement, direct chat from your listing, and access to respond to freight leads in-app.
How long does listing approval take?
Every new or claimed company is verified by our team. Connected members receive priority review within 1-2 business days. Free Listed applications are reviewed within 14 days.
Are shippers charged?
Shippers post freight requests and compare quotes for free. Only logistics companies pay for Connected when they want to respond to demand.
