Why can I not see my company in the directory?

A listing appears once its basic details are complete: company name, HQ country, HQ city, a description, at least one service, and at least one served country or worldwide coverage. If any of those are missing, the listing stays private until you add them.

Should I mark my coverage as worldwide?

Only if you genuinely arrange freight everywhere. Worldwide coverage matches you to every international request, including lanes you cannot serve. Selecting the specific countries you cover, including your own, gets you better matched requests.

Does the Verified badge cost anything?

No. It is free on every plan. You upload business documents and a person reviews them. It is optional, and it is not needed to list or to quote.

Two ways to get listed

Which one applies to you depends on whether your company is already in the directory. They work differently, so it is worth checking first.

Your company is not in the directory yet.

This is self-serve and free. There are no documents to upload and no queue to wait in. Your listing goes live as soon as your basic details are complete.

Your company is already in the directory.

That listing was imported, so you just need to show that you work there. If it lists a website, we email a six-digit code to your address at that company domain. If it lists no website, you can claim it instantly with a company email address. No paperwork, no queue.

What makes a strong listing

A complete listing gives a shipper enough to decide you are worth contacting. Fill in everything you reasonably can.

A logo, and a description that says what you actually move
Up to 8 photos of your facilities, equipment or team at work
Up to 10 team profiles, so a shipper knows who they will be dealing with
Up to 8 of your own FAQs, answering what people usually ask you
Opening hours, shown in your local time
An accurate street address, so your map pin lands in the right place

Set your coverage honestly

Pick the countries you actually serve, including your own. Marking yourself as worldwide matches you to every international request, most of which you cannot help with, and that wastes your time and the shipper’s. Serving only your own country is a perfectly good answer.

How quoting works

You can quote on a request for any lane you cover: your HQ country, a country in your served-countries list, or any lane at all if you serve worldwide, as long as your listing is live. Free members can send a limited number of quotes before an upgrade is needed. See the pricing page for the current allowance and what an upgrade includes.

The Verified badge

An optional badge you can add to your listing by uploading business documents for a person to review. It is free on every plan. It is not required to be listed, and it is not required to send quotes. Nothing else on a listing is checked before it goes live.

A directory is only useful when the entries in it are true. What we ask of members:

Keep your phone, email and website current
Describe services you actually provide
Respond to shippers whose quotes you accept
Link only to your own company web presence
Keep your coverage list matched to where you really operate
