Listed is free forever: your company listing, your coverage, alerts for requests on your lanes and the public requests board. Responding to freight requests needs a paid membership. Shippers use CargoLinked free.
A response is used the first time you quote a freight request. Editing that quote, messaging the shipper and re-quoting the same request never use another. Withdrawing a quote does not give the response back.
Your responses reset each billing month. Annual plans get the monthly allowance each month. Unused responses do not roll over.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. Your quote and message history is always kept.
Your listing stays live on the free Listed plan and your history is kept. Paid features stay on until the end of the billing period you have paid for.

Yes. Every paid plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
Members who were paying for Connected when the new plans launched on 29 September 2026 keep their price and unlimited responses as founding members. That price is locked for renewals before 31 December 2027.
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed; we do not refund or credit the unused part of a billing period, unused responses or unused credits. CargoLinked Credits have no cash value.
No. Shippers post freight requests, receive and compare quotes, message logistics companies and run their shipments free. Only logistics companies choose a paid plan, when they want to respond to freight requests.
Adding your company is self-serve: your listing goes live as soon as your basic company details are complete, with no documents and no queue. Claiming a listing that is already in the directory is done with a code emailed to your company address, or instantly for a listing with no website.
An optional badge shown on your listing after you upload business documents and a person reviews them. It is free on every plan and is not required to be listed or to respond to requests.
