Which routes do you cover?

We arrange road transport from Poland to all EU countries and from all EU countries to Poland, as well as cross-trade transport between EU countries that does not touch Poland. Our regular lanes are Poland to and from Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. We also handle domestic transport within Poland and cabotage in Germany, France, Spain and Italy in line with the EU Mobility Package.

What types of trucks and cargo can you handle?

Full truckloads (FTL) and part loads (LTL) on 13.6 m curtainsiders, palletised and non-standard cargo by agreement. We also offer mega trailers with 3 m inside height (about 100 m3), jumbo road trains 2 x 7.7 m (about 120 m3), refrigerated trucks for frozen (-20/-25 C) and chilled (+2 to +8 C) goods as full truckloads, and express vans up to 3.5 t for urgent door to door deliveries.

How quickly do you send a quote?

In office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Polish time) usually within 10 to 15 minutes, once we have the route, loading date and cargo details (weight, number of pallets or loading metres). For unusual shipments we tell you straight away how much time we need. The price includes everything known at the start; possible extras such as waiting time are described upfront.

How do you choose and check carriers?

Before every order we check the carrier in four steps: valid transport licence, valid carrier liability insurance (CMR/OCP) with its scope, company history and references, and whether the vehicle suits the cargo. Only then the order is confirmed. Your cargo never goes with a random company.

What documents will I receive?

A written transport order with the agreed price and terms, the carrier, driver and vehicle details before loading, the signed CMR consignment note after delivery and a VAT invoice. Payment terms are agreed individually at the start of cooperation and given together with the quote.

What happens if something goes wrong during transport?

We call you first, together with a proposed solution, so you never hear about a problem from your receiver. One contact person runs your order from quote to unloading. In case of damage, the claim is covered by the carrier's liability insurance, which we verify before loading, and we handle the claim process for you.

Do you handle Polish-side formalities like SENT, unloading slots and driving bans?

Yes. For deliveries into Poland we take care of the Polish side: SENT notifications where the goods require them, booking unloading slots at warehouses and distribution centres, and planning around Polish public holiday truck driving bans. Foreign shippers do not need to know Polish rules or speak Polish; we deal with the receiver and the warehouse for you.

Do you work with companies outside Poland and arrange EXW pickups from Polish suppliers?

Yes. A large part of our clients are companies from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you buy goods from a Polish supplier on EXW or FCA terms, we collect them from the supplier, check the loading and deliver to your door anywhere in the EU. Quotes, orders and documents are fully available in English.
