About
ENKEL Project Logistics is a UK-based freight forwarder specialising in heavy, oversized and complex industrial cargo. We plan and coordinate transport between the United Kingdom, continental Europe and the Nordic countries, including Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, alongside international project sea-freight movements. Our services include breakbulk liner shipping and heavy-lift cargo transport, heavy haulage and abnormal-load coordination, Ro-Ro shipping of machinery and project cargo, out-of-gauge container shipping on flat-racks and open-tops, and vessel chartering. Each shipment is planned around the cargo dimensions, weight, handling requirements and route. ENKEL coordinates suitable transport equipment, route and permit arrangements, port handling, loading and securing, sea-freight bookings and inland collection and delivery. We bring the transport stages together through one project plan, working with specialist carriers and handling teams. Project experience includes two Liebherr crawler cranes and components shipped from Cyprus to the USA, an oversized 7-metre-diameter tank transported from Finland to Sweden, a 68-tonne drilling rig moved from the Glasgow area to Austria, and flat-rack shipping of drilling equipment from Norway to Angola. We support machinery suppliers, manufacturers, engineering companies, marine and offshore projects, and industrial plants. Visit our website for project case studies and service information. To request a transport proposal, send your collection and delivery locations, cargo dimensions, weight, photographs or drawings, and preferred shipping dates.
