What is the CargoLinked directory?

CargoLinked is a global freight forwarder and logistics directory. It lists freight forwarders, customs brokers, NVOCCs, shipping agents, warehousing and 3PL providers and other logistics companies, searchable by country, city, service and transport mode. Shippers can also post a freight request and compare quotes from listed providers through the platform.

Is every company in the directory verified?

No. The Verified badge is optional and appears only on listings whose company has completed a document review with CargoLinked. Every other listing is either managed by the company itself or awaiting a claim by its owner. Treat the badge as one signal among several and complete your own due diligence before appointing any provider.

Do all listings include contact details?

It varies by listing. Companies that manage their own listing choose which contact details to publish, such as phone, email, website and social profiles. Listings that have not yet been claimed show the company name, location and services, plus a website link where one is on record. You can also reach providers by posting a freight request that matching companies can respond to.

What does "Last online" mean on a listing?

It shows when the company's account was last active on CargoLinked. It is a sign that the listing is actively managed, not a measure of how quickly the company responds to enquiries or quotes.

How do I get quotes from companies in the directory?

Post a freight request describing your cargo, origin, destination and dates. Posting is free. Eligible providers whose coverage includes your shipment’s origin or destination can submit quotes, which you compare in your dashboard before choosing one. Coverage can come from their headquarters country, countries they serve or worldwide coverage.

How do I add or claim my company?

Adding a company that is not yet listed is free: create an account, enter your company details and services, and the listing goes live. If your company already appears in the directory, claim it by submitting proof that you are authorised to manage the listing; CargoLinked reviews every claim by hand.
