High Cube Container
A container one foot taller than standard, giving roughly 9 feet 6 inches of external height and around 13 percent more internal volume.
In depth
High cubes are the default for 40ft equipment on most trade lanes and are the sensible choice for light, bulky cargo where volume runs out before weight does. The extra height costs little or nothing over a standard box on many routes. The constraint is inland: road height limits, low bridges, and older warehouse doors and loading docks can make a high cube impossible to deliver even where it shipped without issue. Confirm the delivery site can physically accept one before booking.
