Leads and quoting
How many quotes can I send, and on which requests?
Starter includes 15 responses a month, Growth 50 and Pro 150. The free Listed plan includes none. You can respond to open requests that start or end in a country you cover.
Your listing must be live and on a paid membership. A quote has a price in USD, transit days, the route and a validity date at least 3 days ahead, plus optional notes.
- Starter: 15 responses a month

A response is used the first time you quote on a request. Editing that quote, changing its price, messaging the shipper, or withdrawing it and quoting the same request again does not use another one.
Withdrawing a quote does not give the response back, and neither does the shipper cancelling the request.
Your allowance resets at the start of each billing month, on yearly plans too. Unused responses do not roll over.
With a membership you can ask the shipper a question about a lead before quoting; it does not use a response.
Founding members, who were paying for Connected when the new plans launched on 29 September 2026, keep their price and unlimited responses.
