Which documents does the Verified badge need?

• Business licence or company registration (required)
• A licence or credential for each regulated service you offer (required): for example an air cargo credential (IATA accreditation, or your contract with an airline or IATA agent) for air freight, a customs broker licence for customs brokerage, or an FMC licence for ocean freight from the United States
• Insurance certificate (optional)

If you do not hold a licence for a service on your listing, remove that service before applying. We also send a one-time confirmation link to the business email on your listing, and your website needs to show your business address and phone number.

Upload PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP files up to 4 MB each. Your listing stays live while we review, and we email you the decision. If we cannot approve it we say why, and you can upload updated documents.
