Why is my request marked "In review"?
Some requests are checked by our team before they are sent to logistics companies. Most are reviewed within one business day, and the request's status changes to Open when it goes live.
A request is held for a quick check when, for example, it repeats a lane you posted in the last 24 hours, its title looks like a job advert rather than a shipment, or it is a second request from a brand new account. While it is in review nobody else can see it.
If we cannot publish it we tell you, and you can post a new request with clearer cargo details and route.
